The breaded and battered food production lines are specifically designed for the industrial mass production of meat and battered food items. The processing line consists of a forming machine, flour coating machine, battering machine, breading machine, and fryer to complete the automated production of coated products, ensuring high efficiency and consistent product quality through advanced automation.

    1. Forming Machine
      Forming Machine

      The forming machine automatically completes the filling, forming, and output of meat. It can be integrated with the battering machine, flour coating machine, fryer, steamer, freezer, and packaging machine to form a complete automatic production line for cooked foods. It is suitable for forming meat, poultry, fish, shrimp, potatoes, or vegetables. It is suitable not only for minced materials but also for various chunk-based products, producing burger patties, chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, and fish fillets.

      Flour Coating Machine

      As products pass through the conveyor belt, they are evenly coated with a layer of pre-dust or mixed flour by a bottom layer of powder on the belt and a falling curtain of powder from above. This meets the requirements for subsequent processes and can be connected to battering and breading machines to form production lines for different products

      Battering Machine

      The battering machine ensures that chicken, beef, pork, fish, shrimp, and other products are completely submerged and covered. As the products move along the conveyor, they pass through a falling curtain of batter that coats the top and sides, while simultaneously moving through a submerged bath of batter at the bottom to ensure the underside is fully coated.

      Utilizing crumbs discharged from the hopper and a crumbs bed, the breading machine evenly coats chicken, beef, pork, fish, and shrimp with breadcrumbs.

      Fryer

      Featuring an anti-sticking structure, the fryer provides efficient and stable pre-frying for various breaded and prepared products, such as chicken nuggets, hash browns, patties, tempura shrimp, chicken breast, meatballs, egg rolls, coated vegetables, and meat substitutes.

      Cooling Conveyor

      The control system (available in pushbutton or PLC touchscreen formats) manages operational and safety parameters, including frying time, temperature, oil level control, oil circulation, high-temperature alarms, and dry-burn protection.
