The frozen French fries production line is specially developed according to the processing requirements of French fry products. It features large production capacity, high efficiency, reduced labor demand, and high operational safety.
Capacity: 500-3000 kg/h
Heating source: For small capacities, electric heating can be adopted. For capacities above 1000 kg/h, natural gas, steam, diesel, or gasoline heating is recommended.
The cutting machine is designed for cutting potatoes into uniform strips. The equipment adopts a standard strip cutter for small capacities and a water-jet cutting conveyor system for large capacities.
