The commercial deep fryer is a multifunctional frying system utilizing advanced international hybrid technology. This equipment significantly addresses the issue of oil degradation common in traditional frying systems, effectively extending the oil service life. The core technologies of this fryer are oil-water separation and water cooling during operation.
Through the use of oil-water separation, this fryer offers improved oil efficiency compared to traditional models. The system maintains a controlled temperature within the oil layer, ensuring uniform heating and reducing the oil content of the finished product. Simultaneously, the water layer stabilizes the oil temperature and prevents excessive moisture loss in the food, resulting in a delicate, tender texture with improved color and flavor. During frying, any food residue naturally sinks into the water layer, preventing the particles from burning in the hot oil and spoiling its quality. These sediments are then easily washed away through the drain outlet. This ensures the frying oil remains fresh, prevents acidification and carbonization, and extends the oil replacement cycle. Suitable for all types of fried foods, this fryer is user-friendly, environmentally hygienic, and efficient.
- Oil conservation: The commercial deep fryer redesigns traditional frying by adopting an integrated oil-water separation system. With oil in the upper layer and water in the lower layer, the oil-water separation structure allows sediments to sink rapidly into the water and cool. This prevents carbonization in high-temperature oil, slows oxidation and discoloration, and extends the oil replacement cycle. Oil consumption can be reduced by more than 50% compared to traditional fryers.
- Health and environment: In traditional frying, oil is prone to repeated oxidation, which compromises food quality. In contrast, the commercial fryer improves the frying environment. The lower water layer allows impurities to settle naturally for timely discharge. This process helps maintain the natural taste and aroma, resulting in a more consistent appearance and quality of the product.
- Automated control: Equipped with an automatic temperature control, the operator only needs to set the target temperature to achieve automated regulation, effectively reducing the risk of dry-burn. In addition, the fryer is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring a durable and aesthetic finish.
